Any purchase on h2o-sportswear.com and delivery is made in accordance with the terms and conditions below, unless these have been deviated from by written agreement. By purchasing on h2o-sportswear.com, you accept these terms and conditions and declare to have read them.
ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
A purchase agreement with H2O is only considered concluded upon H2O's acceptance of the order. Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. H2O recommends that this confirmation be saved or printed in the event of cancellation, exchange, or complaints. Upon receiving the order confirmation, you must check that it matches your order and that your contact information is correct. Contact contact@h2o-sportswear.com if you discover any discrepancies.

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, AND PAYMENT
All H2O's prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, other taxes, customs duties, fees, freight, handling fees, and similar charges. When ordering on the website, the total price including all costs, such as freight, delivery, postage, etc. will be stated.
H2O's Danish webshop caters primarily to the Danish market, and H2O's fixed shipping prices for online orders are only valid for delivery to Danish addresses. For shipments abroad, an extra shipping fee will be added, which depends on volume and weight. This cost is imposed on the customer.
Items are sent with GLS. It is possible to choose delivery via GLS Parcel Shops, private distribution, or delivery to business addresses.
For purchases under DKK 700.00, a shipping fee of DKK 60.00 will be added.
For purchases of DKK 700.00 or more, the items are delivered free of charge.
The total shipping price will appear on your order before you complete the purchase.
Payment can be made with Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Mobilepay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron. No fee is charged for the use of payment cards. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped.
DELIVERY
All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after order placement. If there are delays with GLS, H2O cannot be held responsible.
If delivery cannot be completed because the item is not in stock or if it is delayed for other reasons, H2O is entitled to extend the agreed delivery time if necessary. You will be notified of this as soon as possible via email with notification of the extension. In this case, you are not entitled to exercise remedies for breach of contract until after the extended delivery time has expired.
If you do not collect your delivery or refuse to accept the delivery, an automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, excluding the payment for shipping.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For standard items ordered on h2o-sportswear.com that are not custom-made, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period is calculated from the time the customer receives the goods. If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, December 24, or December 31, the deadline expires on the following business day.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notice to H2O before the withdrawal period expires, and you may choose to use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find by clicking here. For the easiest and fastest return, however, we recommend using our digital return portal (see the "RETURNS" section below).
When canceling a purchase, you must return the item to H2O no later than 14 days after the date on which you provided written notice of your cancellation of the purchase.
In the event of a cancellation of a purchase, H2O will refund the amount for the order received from you no later than 14 days from the date on which you gave written notice of the cancellation. However, H2O does not refund return shipping costs.
According to current rules on the right of return, used items can be returned to H2O, but H2O can require you to pay for any impairment in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. H2O makes the assessment of the product's value impairment.
From time to time, products are offered in bundles or mix-and-match packages, providing a percentage discount when purchasing items in packages. It is not possible to cancel the purchase of parts of such packages. It will only be possible to cancel the purchase of the entire package and all the included products.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased on h2o-sportswear.com. If you want a different item, you must return your original purchase and place a new order.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the item. You can read more about our return process here.
If you instead wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so via our cancellation page here.
If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition. This means it must be clean, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags. Sandals must be returned in the original box. Do not put stickers and labels directly on the item or the shoe box.

• Print the shipping label and attach it to the package, or have the QR code scanned at the parcel shop
• Return the package from a GLS parcel shop
Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment as your proof of the return.
When using a GLS return label, DKK 60 is automatically deducted from the return amount. Once we have received and processed your return package, you will receive an email from us regarding a refund. The processing time can be up to 10 business days from receipt of your package.
From time to time, products are offered in a mix-and-match package, providing a percentage discount when purchasing items in packages. If you choose to "break" a package offer by returning only one of the items in the package, any refund issued to you may be less than the suggested retail price for the returned item. The refund will depend on the items in the package and the total package discount.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Orders that are rejected or not collected at a parcel shop are automatically credited, except for any payment for shipping.
COMPLAINTS
You are obliged to examine an item for any defects immediately upon receipt.
H2O provides a 2-year warranty against defects, provided that you complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. This also applies to complaints about quantity differences. In the event of a complaint, you must provide documentation of the purchase. It will facilitate the handling of the complaint if you fill out and include the return form and return it along with the item and a copy of the receipt.
The right of complaint does not cover defects caused by general wear and tear, or which have arisen directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect handling of the item. If a complaint is not made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, the right of complaint lapses.
If the item has a defect, you have the choice between 1) repair of the defect, 2) replacement with a new item, 3) an appropriate reduction in the purchase price, or 4) cancellation of the purchase if the defect is significant. However, you cannot demand replacement or repair if this is impossible or will impose disproportionate costs on H2O. If H2O offers repair or replacement, you cannot instead demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and make sure to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs. We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.

APPEALS

RESERVATIONS
H2O makes reservations for typographical errors, price changes, out-of-stock items, and technical errors in connection with the use of the website and the resulting failure to process orders, and H2O assumes no responsibility for such matters.
PERSONAL DATA UPON PURCHASE
For you to enter into an agreement with H2O, we need certain personal data about you, such as name, address, email address, etc. This information is registered solely for the purpose of being able to deliver our items to you.
Personal data is registered with H2O Sportswear A/S, Balticagade 10, 2. sal, DK-8000 Aarhus C, and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at H2O.
