Any purchase on and delivery takes place in accordance with the trading conditions below, unless these are deviated from by written agreement. By purchasing from, you accept these terms and conditions and declare that you have read them.

A purchase agreement with H2O is only considered concluded when H2O accepts the order. When you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail. H2O recommends that this confirmation be saved or printed in case of cancellation, exchange or complaint. On receipt of the order confirmation, you must check that it matches your order and that your contact details are correct. Please contact if you discover any discrepancies.

All H2O's prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, other taxes, customs, fees, freight, handling fees, etc. When ordering on the website, the total price including all costs, such as freight, delivery, postage etc. appear.

H2O's Danish webshop is primarily aimed at the Danish market, and H2O's fixed shipping prices when ordering online are only valid for delivery to Danish addresses. For shipments abroad, an additional shipping fee is charged, which depends on the volume and weight. This cost is charged to the customer.

Goods are sent with GLS. It is possible to choose delivery via GLS Pakkeshops, private delivery or delivery to business addresses.

For purchases under DKK 500.00, there is a shipping fee of DKK 50.00.

For purchases of DKK 500.00 or more, the item is delivered free of charge.

The total shipping price will appear on your order before you complete the purchase.

Payment can be made with Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Mobilepay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron. No fee is required when using a payment card. The payment will only be debited from your account when the order is dispatched.


All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after order dispatch. If there are delays at GLS, H2O cannot be held responsible.

If the delivery cannot be completed because the item is not in stock, or if it is delayed for other reasons, H2O is entitled to extend the agreed delivery time if necessary. You will be notified of this as soon as possible per email with notification of the extension. In that case, you are not entitled to exercise rights of default until after the end of the extended delivery period.

If you do not pick up your delivery or reject delivery, an automatic refund will be made for your purchase along with payment for shipping.

We do not offer exchanges on items purchased on If you want a different item, you must return your original purchase and place a new order.

We offer a 30-day return from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean, unused, unwashed and with the original labels. Sandals must be returned in the original box. Stickers and labels may not be applied directly to the product or to the shoe box.

• Print the shipping label and put it on the package, or have the QR code scanned in the package shop
• Return the parcel from a GLS parcel shop

Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment as your proof of return.

When using the GLS return label, DKK 50 is automatically deducted from the return amount.


Once we have received and processed your return package, you will receive an email from us regarding exchange or refund. The handling time can be up to 10 working days from receipt of your package.

From time to time, products are offered in mix-and-match packages, which gives a percentage discount when purchasing items in packages. If you choose to "cancel" a bundle offer by returning only one of the items in the bundle, any refund issued to you may be less than the suggested retail price of the returned item. The refund will depend on the items in the package and the total package discount.

In accordance with the current rules on the right of return, used goods can be returned to H2O, but H2O may require you to pay for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods on. H2O carries out the assessment of the product's impairment.

You are obliged to carry out an investigation for any errors and defects immediately upon receipt of an item.

H2O provides a 2-year right of complaint for faults and defects, provided that you complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. This also applies to complaints about quantity differences. In the event of a complaint, you must submit documentation of the purchase. It will facilitate the processing of the complaint if you complete and send the return slip and return it together with the product and a copy of the receipt.

The right of complaint does not cover errors and defects that are due to normal wear and tear, or which have directly or indirectly arisen as a result of incorrect handling of the product. If a complaint is not made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, the right to complain expires.

If the item suffers from a fault or defect, you have the choice between 1) remedying the defect, 2) redelivery of a new item, 3) an appropriate reduction in the purchase price or 4) cancellation of the purchase if the defect is significant. However, you cannot demand redelivery or remedy if this is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on H2O. If H2O offers remedial action or redelivery, you cannot instead demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and make sure you get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

H2O reserves the right for typographical errors, price changes, out-of-stock items and technical errors in connection with the use of the website and failure to process orders as a result, and H2O assumes no responsibility for such matters.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with H2O, we need certain personal data about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, etc. This information is recorded solely for the purpose of being able to deliver our goods to you.

The personal information is registered at H2O Sportswear A/S, Balticagade 10, 2nd floor, DK-8000 Aarhus C, and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at H2O.
