Quality is the base for sustainability
We all want to be sustainable - but sometimes it seems so complicated… At H2O we don’t believe it has to be.
More and more of us are questioning what we can do to reduce our impact on the planet, and at H2O we are no exception. As a brand we are committed to becoming increasingly environmentally conscious, sourcing better fibers and looking at new ways to reduce our waste as every other brand on the globe should be.
There’s a thousand ways to become a better brand – this is our way
We believe it doesn’t have to be that complicated to be a responsible brand.
Remember back when you were a kid, and your granny fixed your socks because you’ve been wearing them to death? The time she put a patch on your pants because you fell on the football field and made a huge hole in them? Or do you remember as a kid how your mom forced you to wear all of your siblings used clothes, because she wouldn’t spend money on something new and because it wasn’t ruined - yet?
We believe what your granny did back in the day was smart and responsible, and we want you to think a bit more like your granny.
She would take good care of her stuff, and she for sure wouldn’t throw away anything just because it was broken, or she didn’t like it anymore. She would fix it or pass it on to someone who needed it more than she did.
Granny did it then – we can do it know.
We believe that the foundation of sustainability is quality
For us sustainability equals quality, and quality equals long lasting products.
Our goal is to make products which can be passed on for generations, which is why quality is the key word in everything we do, at any given time. And why we have made some serious choices through the years. Choices about our suppliers, where we produce and what materials to use.
‘We want you to join in and hold on to that thought the next time you’re about to trash your used garments, buy something new or whatever you’re about to waste - ask yourself the question “what would granny do?”
